Shipping policy

Return Guidelines

• All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all original paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
• All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. We recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
• Keep the RA number as a reference to ensure your package is returned in a timely manner to our warehouse and that proper credit is issued.

 

Place your shipping label in your original shipping box and select a carrier of your choice. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within 15 business days of our receipt of your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
